It’s our AGM on Wednesday 3rd December at The Maltings in ALTON, starting from 7pm. Doors open at 6.45pm. Drinks, mince pies and Christmas cheer!

Club Annual General Meeting, Wed 3rd Dec 2025

Our club Annual General Meeting will be held at the Nightingale Suite, Alton Maltings from 7pm on Wednesday 3rd December 2025.

Please come along and have your say on how your club is run, what we should focus on in 2026 and to elect your club’s committee.

A detailed agenda will be issued before the meeting and copies of the summary financial accounts for the year ending 31 October will be available.
